About

Noila will lead a project with a group of selected children aged 8 to 10, alongside a school teacher who will ensure all necessary safety precautions are followed. The mural will feature elements of the local environment, like native plants, to showcase the beauty and diversity of our surroundings. Each student will have the chance to contribute, fostering a sense of ownership and pride in the project. Workshops preceding the painting day will teach children about colour, composition, mural creation, and the importance of environmental conservation.

“Through this collaborative effort, we aim to instill teamwork and cooperation among the students. They will learn to value each other’s ideas, respect diverse perspectives, and work towards a shared goal. This hands-on experience will not only enhance their artistic skills but also build their confidence and encourage creative expression.

Once completed, the mural will be a vibrant symbol of our commitment to the environment and community, serving as a gathering place for students, families, and residents. It will spark discussions about sustainability and inspire future generations to protect our planet.

Beyond beautifying the school grounds, the mural will be a lasting testament to what can be achieved through community collaboration. It will stand as a symbol of hope and unity, reminding everyone that through cooperation and creativity, we can create a brighter future for all.”

We are committed to ensuring success for every learner, which means:

  • Learners who are confident and competent, continually evolving with a diverse set of values.

  • Learners who feel secure in their identities and appreciate the diverse cultures that enrich our lives and learning experiences.

  • Learners who believe in their abilities and potential to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling and rewarding lives.
